Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays outside of our control.

Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD for Canadian customers and $100 USD for US customers. Orders below this threshold will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Customs and duties
For US orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your state. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Sproutly.
