Refund policy

At Sproutly we want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 90 day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return
Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please contact us at [support email] before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case Sproutly will cover the cost in full.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right immediately — no questions asked.
